Where are you located and when are you open?
Seattle's original romance bookstore is located in Pioneer Square, Seattle's original neighborhood!
109 1st Ave S
Seattle, WA 98104
We are open six days a week:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday - Thursday: 11 - 6 pm
Friday & Saturday: 11-8 pm
Sunday: 11-4 pm
Do you carry other genres other than romance?
We are focused on all things kissing books but there are plenty of great indie bookstores that do. We recommend our neighbors Arundel Books (https://www.arundelbooks.com/) or West Seattle faves Paper Boat Booksellers (https://www.paperboatbooksellers.com/)and Pegasus Book Exchange w(https://www.pegasusbookshop.com/)hich carries both new and used inventory.
Do you have an online store?
We're working on it! In the meantime, we have a Bookshop.org link (https://bookshop.org/shop/beguiledbooks)which will allow you to shop and ship directly to your home! Beguiled receives a small % of your entire order :)
Do you ship your Blind Date with a Book?
We don't currently offer that service but have plans to offer that option later in the year
How can I get my book into your store?
We love working with indie authors and publishers!
We are prioritize PNW romance authors who are on Ingram, though if you fall outside that parameter it is not a dealbreaker. We will reopen the inquiry form (https://forms.gle/bzkdaNKdd4ruLS3f6) once we get through our backlog of submissions
Do you do private events or space rentals?
We do! You can rent our loft space for book clubs, birthdays, and bridal showers/bachelorette celebrations, or even the entire storefront if we have availability.
We can also bring the booktique trailer to your event! (trailer minimums begin at $500)
Please send us a contact form message with your event date and a brief summary of your event and we'll check availability.
Are you hiring?
We do not currently have any open positions. When we do we will post them on our website and Instagram.
